If you are looking for a knowledgeable professional to help you through this process, you've found your realtor. We moved into an area that she normally did not operate, and she had no problems getting to know our area too. We felt comfortable with her on our side as we walked through the extensive paperwork. Amy caught things that we did not see off hand, and was fearless in challenging the seller's agent when she thought things were not fair. Whenever I had a question, I could call or email Amy at any time of the day or night, and she always responded, often times within the hour.
